New to club running?

Here is all you need to know before your first session:

• Choose a session whose distance and pace feel comfortable.
• Arrive ten minutes early and introduce yourself to the run leader.
• We explain the route, regroup points, and finish location before setting off.
• A named back marker stays with the final runner.

You do not need to be fast, own special kit, or already know somebody. Our New Runners 5K Taster this Saturday is open to everyone.

Welcome to FindLocalClub Run Crew, a fictional London running club created to demonstrate FindLocalClub.

We are a friendly, mixed-pace crew built around easy miles, clear session information, and leaving nobody behind. This public board is where we share open events, newcomer information, community projects, and the occasional club story.

Our regular runs and member conversations stay inside the club, but everyone is welcome at the public events listed here.
