Using the Service

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide.

Club Listings

Club owners who claim a listing are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Find Local Club. Club information belongs to the respective clubs.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of club listings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Local Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
